This recipe is egg-free, dairy free, gluten free, paleo, AIP and low FODMAP. Course Main Dish Cook Time 25 Minutes Passive Time 10 Minutes Servings Burgers Ingredients400 grams Minced beef1/4 Cup spring onion tops Green parts only1/4 Cup Parsley chopped1/4 Cup garlic leaves chopped1 TBSP ground ginger1 tsp coconut sugar1 tsp mace1 tsp dried marjoram1 tsp corriander leaf Course Main Dish Cook Time 25 Minutes Passive Time 10 Minutes Servings Burgers Ingredients400 grams Minced beef1/4 Cup spring onion tops Green parts only1/4 Cup Parsley chopped1/4 Cup garlic leaves chopped1 TBSP ground ginger1 tsp coconut sugar1 tsp mace1 tsp dried marjoram1 tsp corriander leaf Instructions Pre-heat the oven to 180'c (350'F) In a bowl add all the spices, herbs and sugar. Stir to combine. Add the minced beef into the bowl with the spices etc and stir to combine. Using a burger press or your hands, shape the mixture into four burgers. Place the burgers on a baking sheet and cook for 25 mintues When cooked served with some salad, coleslaw and roasted sweet potatoes for a great tasting dinner. Related
