These chocolate orange brownie bars are so delicious and you wont know they are low carb! They have a soft brownie base with a sweet creamy orange filling and smooth chocolate topping. If you wanted just a brownie recipe then you can ditch the filling/ topping and add some nuts and chocolate to the brownie mix to have a super awesome brownie! Did I mention it’s low carb, ketogenic, paleo, dairy free and free from refined sugars (it uses erythritol to sweeten) – yay!
These peanut butter protein bars can be tweaked to suit your diet or particular food intolerance’s. They are ketogenic and ‘clean’ and can be made with a variety of nuts or seeds. To make them paleo sub the peanut butter for almond butter. They can also be made nut free by using tahini paste and vegan by using hemp or pea protein powder. I have included the macros of the peanut bars, the paleo bars and the nut free version for your convenience.
